TokenizeThis badge generator
Last updated: May 27, 2026
This page explains how the TokenizeThis badge generator uses attendee and LinkedIn account information.
Information used
The badge generator uses attendee registration details, including name, email address, title, and company. If an attendee continues with LinkedIn, it also requests LinkedIn profile information needed to create the badge, including name, email address, LinkedIn member ID, and profile picture URL.
Purpose
This information is used only to create, preview, download, and optionally publish the attendee's event badge.
Sharing
The service does not sell attendee or LinkedIn data. A generated badge becomes public only if the attendee opens or shares the public badge page, downloads the badge, or chooses to publish it to LinkedIn.
Retention and deletion
Generated badges and profile images are stored for event operations and troubleshooting. Attendees can request deletion by replying to the original TokenizeThis badge invitation email.
LinkedIn posting
No LinkedIn post is created unless the attendee reviews the badge and explicitly clicks the publish button.
